ISR 15 Individual Registration – Due No Later Than May 19, 2019

Step One:

Go to the Office of Naval Research hosted website:  (Please note – this secure website is hosted by the US Navy’s Office of Naval Research and is not a public website).  This action will generate your ISR 15 badge.

At the bottom of the page, you must complete the E-registration instructions – the registration page is self-explanatory. You will be asked for your name, address, and citizenship. The registration page will also ask for your team name and school affiliation (drop-down lists). For the Submarine Name use “TBD” if you have not named your sub.  Remember, this website will not accept your registration if you do not fill out all asterisk * information.

Step Two:

On that website, in the middle of the webpage is a hyperlink “CLICK HERE FOR THE ISR-15 SECURED REGISTRATION FORM”.  Download this form to your computer so that you can complete it electronically, save it, and print it.  Complete the ISR15 Registration Form (fillable and encrypted) electronically and submit it via e-mail.  There are instructions for the proper completion of this form on page one.  Please save the completed pdf forms with your name as part of the file name (lastname_firstname – for example: ISR15 Registration_Smith_John.pdf) and email to the Registrar, Jack Nicewinter at

You need to obtain the file’s password to open it.  Your Team Leader or Faculty Advisor can provide it to you.  If you are a FURE Volunteer or Guest, contact your POC.

Step Three:

When you arrive at the host hotel for registration, you will be asked to review your registration form submission.  If you are intending to enter the water, you will complete a medical and diving review (present your Open Water Diving Certification Card) with the Supervisor of Diving staff.

Questions on the registration process can be directed to Jack Nicewinter at
